Alph Beta constructs a strategic process consisting of two principal stages:
Strategic planning - a process defining where the client or the organization is today, and the goal it plans to achieve in the coming year or years, and the best method or manner of realizing its targets and aims. The plans are usually based on a range of three years, however the frequency and planning could change in accordance with needs and conditions, and the dynamics of the environment.
Applying the strategy - applying and implementing the strategic plan is an ongoing process, which includes translating the intentions of the detailed working plan, while measuring and supervising the organization's performance.
